Australia Fair has officially started its $25 million Stage 1 transformation which is expected to be finished in late 2017. It offers all the retail stores you would expect to have in a large centre and has the extra benefit of being in the Gold Coast’s CBD in Southport, so there are lots of independent retail stores in the adjacent streets.
Connor has recently opened up on the Ground Floor, next to Lowes, together with Ally Fashion relocating adjacent to Valleygirl on Level 1. Go Vita, Lucky Dragon Newsagency and Virgin Mobile have relocated to the Woolworths mall.
You will find homewares galore, boutiques, a big food court and movie theater.

Our two Family Lounges are fully equipped with private feeding rooms, a microwave, as well as junior and adult toilets.
High chairs are available in the Boardwalk Food Court.
Strollers and Kiddy Cruisers are available to hire free of charge – see the Customer Service Desk, located outside of Big W.
There is also Parents with Prams parking available at either end of the Centre, ensuring easy access for Mums and Dads.

Free Wheelchair and Motorised Scooter hire is now available with approved identification at the Customer Service Desk, located outside of Big W.
There are four accessible toilet facilities available in-centre.
There is also ample disabled parking at either end of the Centre to ensure easy access for all customers.
